ROLE: UX JOURNEY B2B/B2E, WIREFRAMES AND VISUAL DESIGN

Epson Latin America wanted to refresh the visuals for their loyalty (B2B/B2E) program: Stars, which is designed to build meaningful relationship with clients, encourage repeat purchases, and attract new customers. They asked us to update the design of the program, and we delivered not just a new website, but also a redesigned logo, new icons, and a color palette optimized for digital devices.

Our focus was on improving navigation, making the site more user-friendly and visually appealing. We created a logged-out section to explain the program and allow new clients to register, as well as a logged-in page featuring a dashboard where users can easily track points, rewards, coupons, and more. We're still adding new features and experimenting with ways to present data, including infographics.

For the visual design, we used bright, engaging images of smiling people to make the program relatable. We chose blue as the primary brand color, adding contrasting tones for icons, buttons, and background elements to highlight key information.

The updated program was launched across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
